Serena Lawrence is a freelance writer and editor who graduated from university with an honours degree in Fine Arts in 2012. Shortly after graduation she was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension, and was then diagnosed with endometriosis after experience symptoms for over a decade. Following her diagnosis Serena began writing short personal essays about her experience as a young adult living with PH and endometriosis.
