Endometriosis affects approximately five million women in the U.S. who are of childbearing age. In this video from the Reproductive Associates of Delaware, Dr. Barbara McGuirk talks about the pillars of managing endometriosis pain.

Although there is not yet a cure for endometriosis, program director Dr. McGuirk says there is hope for women who suffer from the disease. The pathways to controlling the symptoms of the condition are nutrition, suppression and surgery. Putting these in place will relieve women of the pain that takes over their lives and set them free from the debilitation of the disease.
